iOS 17 with hotspot impossible connect to ftp

Hi, I have problems after updating iPhone to ios17 I can't transfer FTP data from my MacBook via wifi hotspot through my iPhone ). No connection to the FTP server is established. It doesn't matter what software I use for data transmission. Internet access works wonderfully instead and I can surf the Internet via hotspots, send and receive emails, etc., but I can't use FTP-transmission. As I said, this doesn't work via hotspot. This works wonderfully via WLAN and even FTP-sending directly from the same iPhone via FTP-Client-App (FTP Client Pro) works perfectly. If I try to connect via a hotspot on an old iPhone with ios16 , FTP-sending from the MacBook Pro works wonderfully here too. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be or maybe the possibility of a solution that could help me? Thank you very much!
