Hello, about a month after buying the headphones, static noise started in the left earphone when the noise cancelling was turned on. When I turn off the noise - the sound disappears.
Please tell me what can be done? This static noise very annoying to me…

I’m having the same issue in the left ear. Cannot get it to stop. Have done all of the troubleshooting recommended. Did you ever figure this out?
Unfortunately not. The problem has remained the same, while the solution is not to buy beats brand products in the future.
I am having a similar issue. It started in the left speaker, now it is happening in the left speaker. Resetting does not solve the issue.
Same for me. This is my 4th set of beats since the wired studio beats and I’m very upset about this.

Same with me. Static noice but with right ear. Notice that right ANC mic is more sensetive than left. Its affects to transparency mode and ANC. Good headphones but this issue so disrespectful
my mistake. Static noice in left headphone, right is clear and sharp
Issue fixed. Shipped from store on the 3rd, and it was ready for pick up on the 8th. No more static noise.

I’m having the same issue. I bough them at the end of last year and the noise started now, March 2024. Is in the left ear, but is so consistent that gets to be painful.
What was the solution, was it fixed ?

They probably just gave you a new pair - which will probably only last as long as the first one did.
