Hello, about a month after buying the headphones, static noise started in the left earphone when the noise cancelling was turned on. When I turn off the noise - the sound disappears.
Please tell me what can be done? This static noise very annoying to me…
Update: Drove an hour to my closest Apple Store, and since they don’t do in-house diagnostics on Beats, they were shipped out to be looked at. Was told 5-7 days to complete the process to assess repair or replacement. Associate confirmed this is a very common issue for this model…
I asked what happens if the presumed replacement is defective again, and the associate said you only get a 90-day warranty (this does not get added to the original warranty period) and you cannot purchase Apple Care to extend the warranty further.
I have the same problem. I literally only use mine for in the house to not disturb family with my music, or in the gym. Most of the time they live in their case.
This is disappointing.

I am on my 3rd replacement pair and this is a constant and persistent problem
I replaced mine after 3 weeks as I thought it was just the unit that was damaged, I received new ones but I still face the same issue, apparently the only solution is to not use transparency or anc but that’s extremely stupid. Does anyone know any solution or adjustment for the left microphone to reduce this incident?
There is a workaround. Go to iPhone settings, then select your device if it is connected. It will need to be connected for this to work. Under noise control, select off. This worked for me and others who have had this problem.
hold the power button for 10 seconds then release the power button. the noice should go away after that
