Where is Double Tap on my Watch Ultra 2?

I've got a brand new, fully up-to-date iPhone 15 Pro Max and a brand new, fully up-to-date Apple Watch Ultra 2. I've read three article showing me how to enable 'Double Tap' via Settings > Gestures on either the Watch Settings app or settings in the Watch app on phone. Except there is no Gestures menu item.

Any clues? I'm hoping this isn't going to be as disappointing as the "US-only" (why?) voicemail transcribe which was the only other new compelling feature for me this release...

Thanks

I have it on my Ultra 2. Go to Settings/Accessibility on your watch. You have to have Assistive Touch off to use Double Tap. It’s one or the other. I believe a lot of watches have Assistive Touch but the Ultra 2 and Apple Watch 9 have Double Tap. They are two separate things.

The feature hasn't been added yet (as of this writing).

Those who did not watch the Apple Event for the launch of Ultra 2, then you have totally no idea what you are babbling about Double Tap Gestures. And those who did watch and did not pay attention at all, then you want wish to watch the event again. To make life easier for some lazy individuals - scroll to around 15 mins on official Apple Youtube channel.

Jeff CLEARLY states it will be available on October 2023.

I highly doubt you are own any Apple products or an Apple fan.

Press release are there for everyone to read. It's up to you if you don't as no one is forcing you to anyway. Even if Apple or any other company to spoon feed you information, would you be able to remember all that's being fed?

Apple did not promise anything at all. Jeff Williams stated clearly on the Apple Event that Double Tap Gesture will be available on October and when the product is launch.

And if you think the product doesn't fit your personal criteria, well return the product and go find one that's suitable to you. Apple doesn't really care if they lose one customer as you can be replaced easily. Apple Watch is still the most popular and top selling watch in the world. So, you can blabber all you want online as no one will pay attention about your negative remarks which makes no sense.
