I can only hear my calls on speaker. I have a 12 Pro. I tried all the YouTube stuff, but still no phone call sound without the speaker. Recently updated to 16.7

Same here. Can only hear calls through speaker phone. I have routed calls to that medium. My phone is 3 years old.
I have tried all suggested fixes but nothing works. I can only hear sound during a call when the speakerphone is on and when I am connected to my car.
