i bought my phone yesterday and now I put it to be charged for the first time but it is bot charging

In the end I took my iPhone 15 Pro to the Apple Store in Southampton. They acknowledged a fault, but in the end they replaced the insides (not the whole device, please note) with working components. It was only 5 weeks old and had had problems since the start. The only way I could charge it was via MagSafe cradle.
Seems like a terrible charging system now on iPhone 15 compared to previous models that used the different plugs.
My Phone is brand new but charging so difficult and slightest movement switches charging off. Really poor quality.

I’m having the same issue. Luckily I did not wipe my old phone. I live 45 minutes from an apple, Best Buy or Verizon store so not happy.

Heyy I had the same problem. After ios update ip wont charge unless you turn it off and plug it while its off. Is your ip working now? What did you do?thanks
