SG*OriginalPlus subscription charge? - Apple Pay Wallet

looks like they are still hitting us i woke to a screen message saying SG V*Original had taken £29.99 never noticed this before so asked the wife what she had bought & she said nothing so i rang the bank and they have been taking £29.99 out since oct 2023 with it been a joint acc i have never noticed it as the wife seems to pay for everything with this acc now adays so in this time they paymentts started of going to SG V*Originalplus london vis then changed to SG V*Originalplus Nicosia VIS the bank have now canceled my card and are looking into it but they dont seem to know who or what this payment is for nore do i as yet so any other pointers or info would be great thanks

Have cancelled my card and the bank did refund me all the amount today

just call your bank they will help you.

it’s a fraud.

its a scam. call your bank let them know what’s happening and request a new card

you need to cancel your credit card and claim back this money , it’s a scam

Apple we’re not very interested in helping when I contacted them

Call up your bank and ask them to block future payments to that company. Then email the company asking for a cancellation and refund. I got my money back today.

I had this also but my bank picked up on it if you contact your bank fraud office they will refund and shut it down it is abit coun thing I think

I have contacted the credit card company to cancel my card as contacting the company which has changed its name now is futile.They do not reply.

I had £29.99 taken from my bank account on 1st of November, I got in touch with my bank and they promised to terminate the subscription. Today I noticed they refunded the money too.

Your bank should be able to find the transaction and tell you the company details , go through to the fraud team

Go to your bank and tell them the situation, they can stop the subscription straightaway, the refund might take longer, but you should get it within a month

This happened to my wife when she used a car park pay meter, she was charged 50p which was refunded then they tried to take £29.99 yesterday then today they tried to take £22.49 why the price drop I cannot say but I called my bank and instructed them to block this company

Contact your bank or card issuer and block the charge. Then try going to the originalplus.co website, and log in, and see if you can unsubscribe from their service. This is not related to Apple in any way shape or form.
