SG*OriginalPlus subscription charge? - Apple Pay Wallet

I received an emailed receipt for £29.99 from SG Original Plus for a subscription i never ordered. my current account was debited £29.99. the transaction appears in my apple pay wallet but I have no idea how it happened. Does anyone have any suggestions? Somehow, this company had my email address, and the receipt they sent me by email specified that I had purchased a subscription for one month - with a start and end date. I have no idea where this all came from. I didn't seek out this company - I have no interest or knowledge in or of them, and I never gave any personal details to them at all - or purchase instructions. However, according to the payment history in my Apple Wallet, I payed £29.99 to them at 12.59 on 5th Oct but I wasn't even using my phone at this time. What is going on?

I am getting Charged £24.99 for no reason from Sg Originals on my bank and if don’t know why can Somone help me out please.

Please read the thread you replied to. It explains what you need to do.

You need to cancel the subscription directly with SG Originals Website or contact your bank to block the charge.

Apple has nothing to do with this.

Me again, my bank rang me today just before I could ring them to say TrustPilot have an enormous number of critical posts about this sharp practice company My bank unformed me they will investigate further and in the meantime refunded me the £29,99 today Can’t fault the Co-op Bank Let’s hope they all manage to sort out this awful company (scammers I’m sure) It seems to have affected a lot of people

It looks like OriginalPlus changed their name to innovasupport in December, 2023. We found charges for OriginalPlus starting when we were on a trip to Ireland in September 2023. Another charge in October 2023, and then the charges changed to innovasupport starting December 2023. We still can't figure out how they started charging our Apple Card in September, 2023.

We've disputed the charges, but Goldman Sachs denied the dispute, saying "We reviewed available information which confirms that you authorized the purchase with the merchant." But the Apple Card phone support says we can not get any documentation for the supposed authorization. We still don't know what this is even for!

(Adding my comment to the thread so people searching for the innovasupport scam charge get the connection of OriginalPlus to innovasupport, since it must be the same company/scam.)
