I can't install High Sierra

Hello, the HDD of my 2011 Mac Mini died. I got an SSD and when trying to install High Sierra I get an error. If I try to format the disk with the Apple tool I get this message: Your disk could not be formatted. So I took it out and formatted it on my other mac, using journaled Mac OS Plus. Now when I try to install I get this message (IMAGE). Please help!

The SSD is not formatted correctly.

Startup the 2011 Mac mini in Recovery Mode select Disk Utility and format the SSD Mac OS Extended (Journaled) with a GUID Partition Map scheme.
