Hi. I’m having an issue where I cannot preview an image from the Lock Screen that’s been sent by WhatsApp. It doesn’t load, I just get a blurry image with the little loading cog. Usually a long press on the message will load the image. Anyone else encountered this? I’m using a 15 Pro Max. Thanks
ios 16.4 here. Also experiencing the same issue. This is not related to ios 17. I had noticed the issue after updating my whatsapp a few weeks ago.
Just updated to whatsapp version 23.23.79 and it now works.

I’m using iOS 16.7.2 and have the same problem and I updated to this iOS 16.7.2 hoping it would solve it? I guess updating to iOS 17 isn’t going to solve the issue either
