While with widgets on lock screen i turn on my iphone 15 then it takes around 1-2sec to open. Kindly provide solution.

My phone suddenly stopped doing this and i have not force restarted last 3 days cause i think i found the issue. Apple still need to fix it ,but i found strange interaction between whats on your lock screen and this issue. I change new wallpaper pretty often and when i am not using dept effect it fixes it for good. Try to set new wallpaper even if its the same without dept effect from lock screen. I switched dept effect off and i dont have this issue. If i now try to have a wallpaper with dept effect issue reappears.

For me on iOS 17.2.1 lock screen bug and delay bug disappeared so seems all fix for now
I've had this problem with previous phones. You might want to do a manual restart on your phone. That has been a good fix for me in the past.

YES! I am having the same problem and surprisingly i first noticed it on ios 17.1.1 , sometimes it takes me 4-5 taps for my iPhone to actually register that I am tapping it. However I have noticed it get better and not do it as much some days it doesn’t even do it even if I want it to- thankfully I have videos of it doing it if I ever need to show apple. and I have done all of the basics; and I don’t have tap duration on(apple said that they have seen the problem but with tap duration) I have tried force restarting my device, volume up volume down hold till apple logo, updating apps, turning tap to wake off and back on again(even though it was on in the first place) raise to wake off and back on again, my diagnostics pass the hardware test every time and my system software seems to be pretty stable. I still have yet to put this phone in recovery mode to see if it fixes the issue - how is the issue coming for you?
There’s not really a solution honestly, it doesn’t even depend on which wallpaper you chose to use because some have it and some don’t. However even the ones that have that occurred it doesn’t always happen. It’s an iOS bug right now. For me it sometimes happen towards Apple wallpapers here and there. It will get fixed in time. If anyone has questions or other issues you can always write down here. And we can help one another out with solutions or answers!
Same problem. I have completely disabled automated focus. And its working fine so far.
For me if i don’t personalize lock and home screen all work well, so for the moment the fix is this

I have the same issue with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Restarting the device temporarily fixes the issue. Hope it will be fixed on the next update.
Changing the background solves the problem
Yes with ios 17 you need a restart every day if you don’t want to see these glitches all the time. It wasn’t this way in ios 15. It never needed a restart.
Same issue here. When waking iPhone by touching the display or pressing the sleep/wake button there is a one second delay. Restarting iPhone temporarily resolved the issue.
iOS 17.1 - iPhone XS
Same for me, I just got the brand new iPhone 15 pro and feel different from my iPhone 13 screen tap and screen wake-up speed.
After restarting it is gone for some time.
Still present on iOS 17.2.1. A restart seems to fix the issue for a couple of days though. And i guess a wallpaper without depth effect helps. Hope Apple fixes this soon. Quite annoying really!
The issue still persists in iOS 17.3. A restart solves it for a day or so. Anybody found a fix yet? It’s getting super frustrating now.
