so i ordered the pro apps bundle for education on 26 september 2023 and it’s now 2 november 2023 and i haven’t heard any updates or received anything about it getting delivered. looked on the order tracking for apple and it said it’s shipping but i thought it was coming in an email??
i can see this has happened before a few years ago for some people, but this is ridiculous tbh. i need these for my university work.
It says the delivery is "via e-mail". Check your spam folder. If you have an Exchange account or some university account, it could be a separate website you need to access. For some reason the spam filters will block any "automated" e-mail, even when it is completely verified, comes from a major source of non-spam e-mail, and contains important information.
