iOS 17.1.1 - Issues with iPhone touch screen

This morning I updated my iPhone 15 pro (3 week old phone) to iOS 17.1.1. Prior to the update everything worked fine. After the update the touch screen does not respond. The screen works and the buttons work, but the touch feature is completely unresponsive. I have restarted the phone using the up vol, down vol and hold the power button several times with no success on restoring touch.

I can still wirelessly charge my phone, but wired charging does not work either. (this is also a new issue post 17.1.1 update)

Anyone else seeing these issues? Any suggestions before I go back to ATT?

FIXED!!!! Thank you to those that recommended Apple Configurator!! I downloaded it from App Store, connected my phone and followed Step 3 here... Revive or restore a Mac with Apple silicon using Apple Configurator – Apple Support (UK) (appreciate it's a Mac post but step 3 applies to iphones too)

No factory reset or loss of data or the pain of setting up banking apps and apple pay etc.... :)

URGENT: I have booked an appointment with Apple in 21hrs time of this post being sent. A lot of people on here have followed the DFU mode complete reset and restored from backup and it was a success. My backup was unfortunately from 22 days ago so I would like to avoid doing this, so I just wanted to see if anyone gets a chance to take it to store to see what they say? Will a factory reset be inevitable regardless of the fix? Can Apple somehow backup what's on the phone (their's and possibly 3rd party) with the tools they have? If the answer to those two questions is no then I'll just do a factory reset now and hope for the best. I certainly dont want them to send it away for repair and be without a phone. Any help is appreciated.

I have an iPhone 15 pro max and had lots of issues this morning. Touch screen wasn’t working, had trouble with Face ID, constantly shutting off and turning back on. I tried to do a forced shut down but the screen froze. Constantly alerted me about Shortcuts! My colleague was having the same issue with a different iPhone. Extremely frustrating! It’s fine now.

I have an iPhone 11 and the touch screen is screwed up. I have difficulty trying to get the letter M to write. Sometimes it works but, I have to repeatedly hit it to make it come on. The other is the screen does stuff on its own. It changes screens and I’m not touching my phone. The screen freezes too at times and I can’t scroll. I have to swipe the screen off. I was on YouTube last night and my screen turned black. It put me on some private unseen mode. Can’t remember what it was called, but again, I’m not touching the screen. It’s annoying!

I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I play a lot of games on my phone… I have slot games I love to play, however, since my phone updated to the 17.1.1 I’m having issues with some of the slot games being so small I can’t see them, to change bet is next to impossible, because it’s like screen is frozen… and some games are so large that the changing bet setting and spin buttons are now off screen. I’ve done all I know to do and nothing has changed. I’m not a happy camper right now! Can some help me please?
