When I click on Greeting to set up my voice mail on my new phone (I’ve had for a few weeks now), I receive a pop up box error that says: The operation couldn’t be completed (com.apple.mobilephone error 1034). Then the box disappears and the screen just sits there cycling saying “retrieving greeting” at the top. I went to the AT&T store and they said they couldn’t do anything about it there at the store.

Voicemail is primarily a carrier feature. You need to contact your carrier.
But it happend with T Mobile too, so is not the carrier,is Apple again,we work more than there technical personal, 7 days a week and almost every day..

and Siri even doesn't work,I ask her to remember me something twice and

It's not at all clear what you mean by that. Can you try explaining it in another way? Also, people who make fun of you are not your friends. Ignore them.
My carrier seems to have no idea how to resolve this error.

The same happend with Liberty in
Puerto Rico they change the service
from AT&T to Liberty and took me
almost all morning and they never answer

I have just set up I Phone15pro =Vodafone. Error 1034 cant get into Voicemail asks for pin which i do not have. As new phone need help.
