17.1.1 issues with volume after update

Same with my 14 pro max

Hey! My volumn on my iphone Xr was working just fine until you updated my phone!! Now I can't hardly hear!! Help!! Soon!!

Please send a repair update soon.

redownloaded Apple Music to try it. Went to music in settings and unchecked sound check. No luck didn’t work for me.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro. Didn’t really notice it until I used my CarPlay in my car. I thought my speakers went out. The difference in loudness was clear. Happy to say the least that it’s my phone and not my speakers

iphone 13 pro max. volume for music over bluetooth and on headphones very low. volume is max. Can't find any controls in settings preventing the music from being louder. siri is loud as can be (which is annoying).

is this a problem with software I bought an iPhone 12 an sent it back and bought an iPhone 13 an it’s the same can barely hear texts ringer isn’t very loud done everything possible to turn it all up mite send it back an go back to my iPhone SE no problems on that was well louder than this 13

happened to me too. It is bugs they sent on the update so you get frustrated and change your phone to a new one. Since Jobs died, Apple’s innovative brain died, so they have to use gimmicks and deceit to make you buy new phones that have no innovative features… sad.

17.1.2 12-ProMax - Phone Volume issues can barely hear callers voices, issues happened after the 17.1.1 software update.

Apple please correct cannot hear callers with the phone volume set at Max level in quiet and and public background noise areas.

Mine exactly the same no sound in calls ! Can’t hear the person on other side even in max volume. Also the battery is gone! Charging 3 times per day and no sound in videos

That didn’t work in mine. None of this fixes posted worked in mine and if the idea was to get a new one i am not going to buy an IPhone. if this persists !!!!

Definitely 100% related with the update 17 … battery impacted, phone gets too hot, no sound on calls at all so impossible to use it without using the speaker which you cant do when you work in an open office.

I am using iPhone 12 mini. My volume was fine before I did the update. Both bottom speaker and top speaker worked like a charm. After I updated to 17.2.1, there is no sound from bottom speaker, only top speaker is working. Did the update cut out the bottom speaker. Went to an Apple Store to do the diagnostics on it there is nothing wrong with the hardware. Apple please fix the issue with your software I’m not the only one who is having an issue.

Ok so I don’t know what going on with this update but before this update my AirPod pros were loud and Apple car play was loud and my iPhone 13 was louder. After the update Apple car play, my air pods and my phone have been very quiet. Literally u can hear almost nothing when it’s halfway turned up and on max I can hear my tv before I could not hear a thing. Apple please fix the issues!!
