Macbook Pro 16" 2019 model Recall

My MPB 16" 2019 model had logic board failure 3 times within 3 years. Apple is saying I have to get my logic board replace with my expenses. I have already replaced 2nd time with my own expenses. It won't make sense spending another penny on this laptop as I can get a new one with the repair expenses. Also there is a high chance of logic board failure again. At what point of time Apple would replace or recall a defective product with a new one?

Hi, I have already contacted apple several times and their decision was I have to pay for logic board replacement once again. If logic board fails next time, they may replace. When I asked why would logic board fail 3 times in 3 years, their response was it might be because of dust, software usage, etc. I have had MBP 2010 model and it worked fine for 10 years with no problem under same conditions and same usage. They don't have answer to my question. Its a big disappointment that the decision is not in my favor. I wouldn't waste another penny on this laptop. Besides I lost my data and photos for the 3rd time although I have to backup data....I can't keep backup every single day with fear I may lose data.
