The Camera is Reportedly Ungenuine:
It is referring to the authenticity of your camera (of it not being genuine).

Got a New Screen Recently?:
There are 2 reasons why this message might appear.
1) The camera was replaced by a non-genuine Apple part
2) The camera is original, but the iPhone has detected a possible problem with the camera.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them run some checks on the phone.
