I'm getting calls from fax machines on my iPhone?

Within the last few months, I’ve been getting calls from various numbers being sent to voice mail, which is what my phone is set up to do with unknown numbers. However, the message left sounds like a fax machine.

Is this someone trying to get into my phone and get personal information?
