Got robux but payment hasn’t gone through

heya! i had this problem too but i actually found out the solution. if you go to the app store, click on your profile, and go to “purchase history” and you’ll see the roblox charge marked as pending. it took about 3 days to finally process and charge me, but make sure that in your apple pay balance is the amount you need to pay for robux or there is a payment method attached to your phone that it can charge to. i had $0 when i bought the robux but added money afterwards and it eventually charged me.

This happened to me also. No I did not get banned but I indeed was freaking out about it so this is what I did. I couldn’t download anything so that’s when I realized that it was because of the robux thing. After trying to download something it charged my card for the robux and I finally stopped freaking out cause I know it was for the robux This happened in April and my account is still good. This happened to me as well, this is the second time it has happened to me I didn't get ban the first time around it just took the money off my card on a random day. If you're really worried and don't won't you're account getting banned which i doubt it will since its a bug/glitch you can't control and it just basically puts you in debt until the amount can be paid. Just reach out to them and let them know about the situation. Hope this helps anyone in need! 👍

Also whatever card you used, make sure that you keep that amount of money on the card that was suppose to be used.

I think that it will go through in maybe a few days but itself but for me I was a little impatient and worried myself a bit also.

I use cash app and Roblox normally takes forever to charge me for robux. It always takes a few days after I’ve bought them for them to actually charge my card.

this is Exactly what happened to me last night and still have not been charged. Was your account banned or did they end up charging you later on if so how long after did they charge you? I just want to pay it to stop worrying about my account being banned

thank you so much for the reply, i reached out to roblox support about it in a panic and now i feel dumb, hopefully they realize the honest mistake, i just don't want to risk my account because the charge didn't go through. if i have apple cash balance, will it just take it from there because i'd rather the payment just go through so i can be over with this whole situation

that’s the problem i’m worried about, i had to delete that card recently from paypal and i totally forgot to switch it over to a new one. the way i paid with robux was through paypal, but i don’t have that card anymore. i tried to make a paypal debit card in hopes that it would be charged to that but i really don’t know what else to do

What ever happened? If you fixed it, how? The same problem is going on with me. It says I have 4.99 pending, yet it didn’t send anything to my card. I paid for another 4.99 bundle and it did. So I don’t understand what’s wrong.

Hey! It’s been a total of 10 days now, and it still hasn’t charged me. I usually use cashapp and it charges me any other time when I pay for robux, but this time it didn’t (the Incident I have going on right now). I have enough money on my card and I’m waiting for it to randomly charge me. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, a couple of months ago I got scammed on an app and it charged me 40 dollars but my card was locked, which then caused me to not be able to download apps because they were still trying to get the money. But, the thing is, they never stopped sending me attempts to my cashapp, and I eventually got enough money, unlocked my card, and it got paid. But this time, no attempts are being sent about the robux situation. 😓😓

Okay so, I have the same problem as well, but I did it through cash app, and I haven’t gotten any notification that it charged the money for purchasing the robux and the money is still in my account, I’m genuinely concerned cause I do not want to have to deal with being in debt to apple of cash app simply because they take forever for notification and the actual payment to go through

The same thing has been happening me to recently. It eventually charges me when I least expect and throws my account into the negatives. Idk why it does this but I hop they fix it soon.🙏🏽
