I had bought robux the other day and I had gotten it but I was not charged, I figured that it must be pending but it wasn’t. I really got robux without it charging or pending on my card. I had done it again today to see what happens and it still won’t go through on my card. I just don’t want to be banned or anything on Roblox because apple wont let me pay the $4 I spent.

heya! i had this problem too but i actually found out the solution. if you go to the app store, click on your profile, and go to “purchase history” and you’ll see the roblox charge marked as pending. it took about 3 days to finally process and charge me, but make sure that in your apple pay balance is the amount you need to pay for robux or there is a payment method attached to your phone that it can charge to. i had $0 when i bought the robux but added money afterwards and it eventually charged me.

Well I don’t know what to say now but I’m hoping for the best😭 If they ban or delete your account for it then you should give them a call they probably can work something out.
I was trying to get robux on my cash app card but it says 45.45$ bill was declined. I my cash app card has 7$ on it now I can’t get robux :( I’m only 11

This same thing has happened to me, I have bought atleast 15 dollars worth and they won’t deduct the money, I don’t know what’s wrong but I hope I don’t get banned/penalty.
