Toggle Disturb app on home page

I have an iphone 12 and was disappointed a year or so ago with the "do not disturb" function on my phone. Can't remember exactly why now...but I posted to an Apple thread to ask if there were any desktop/shortcuts/apps available. Wound up somehow getting a really easy and simple workaround shortcut on my home screen labeled "Toggle Disturb". It's a blue icon with a white moon shape. It works wonderfully. My wife accidentally deleted her version of it, and I can't figure out where it came from in the first place. Hoping someone recognizes what I got and where I can go to get my wife's back on her phone. Thanks.

It was likely created through the Shortcuts app which is included with iOS. Open the shortcuts app, tap the + in the upper right, and tap on Add Action. Search for “do not disturb,” and then tap on Set Focus. By default, it will be programmed to turn Do Not Disturb off. But you can tap on “turn” and change it to “toggle” instead.

Then tap the Share button (bottom of screen, second from right), and then “Add to Home Screen.”

...Tapping that link should show a blue Add Shortcut button at the bottom – the shortcut will be added to your shortcuts collection. Then, to add its small icon to your Home Screen:

Alancito....well, that helped. On my wife's iphone 8 I went to the shortcuts and found it just like you suggested. When I tap it, it turns on and when I tap it again, it turns off. I'm now trying to add that shortcut back to her home screen....not quite sure how to do that.

I finally figured it out ....tapped on "share" and that opened up "add to home screen." BINGO. Having that widget on a home screen is so much easier than going through the "settings" menu every time you want to turn do not disturb on and off.
