triple screen laptop extender to MacBook Pro 2017?

I just bought this item on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CL66GVJ5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 It is a CIDETTY S2 triple screen laptop screen extender. However, I'm not realizing this isn't compatible with with MacBook Pro 2017 as I can only extend to one other display.

Is there an adapter I can buy to make it so I can display/extend to both of the other screens? Right now, when I plug in both, they both turn on but I can only extend to one of the two and the other I can't.

Thanks for any help. Or if you have a recommendation on another portable triple screen extender that is compatible with this laptop that works too! Just trying to get 3 screens while on the go.

I take it that this "triple screen laptop extender" is basically two 1920x1080 monitors that physically clip onto your monitor, and that it wants two USB-C (DisplayPort) connections – one for each of the monitors.

There's a note in one of the product descriptions saying "Not compatible with MacBook Air M1 / M2 chips"; those notebooks support only one USB-C (DisplayPort) monitor, so they don't have enough outputs to drive both of the extender's screens.

Which 2017 MacBook Pro do you have?

  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
  • MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) - Technical Specifications

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) - Technical Specifications

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) - Technical Specifications

From my reading of the specifications, all of them can drive "Up to two displays with 3840-by-2160 resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors." The 15-inch model can drive "up to four" such displays. So I'd think you'd have no problem driving both of the 1080p displays on that extender (using two USB-C cables) even with a 13" 2017 MBP.
