Very slow downloading of any applications from the App Store

Are you using VPN? And have you run a speed test from your phone?

I haven’t noticed any download problems, so if Apple is throttling they have singled you out for throttling.

This should be true, but it’s not. And that’s the problem all these people raise. Yet to find an explanation.

My issue has been resolved.

In my case, it was indeed My Internet Service Provider's error. They fixed it, and now its back working normal.

Thanks Aliens, was having the same problem. Enabling Private Relay and restarting the download worked.

There are thousands if not millions of users with the same problem. Just google it.

Thanks, enabling "Private Relay" made all my stalled App Store downloads start working again!!
