That specific issue seems to be still not acknowledged as exiting, from Apple

Perhaps this and that issues is under investigation ?

Though, traction usually requires a effort on the part of affected users before Apple will commence such things.

Minor update of the Safari Auto package seems to have been made by Apple over the weekend. Safari Version 17.3 (18617.2.4.11.11, 18617) installed this morning as per normal update on my M2 Ultra Studio without any issues.

M1 Pro 14inch Macbook is same the issues

And Apple's official website is also refreshed, but it says there is an error, and I can't access it anymore.

I've tried before and after the ventura 13.6.4 update, but got same error:

MacStudio M2Max 2023 64GB/1TB, 2x Apple Studio Display.

How do you want to give full disc access to a package? Drag & drop to the Full Disc Access section of the System Settings works apparently only for apps and executables.

(For the record, I'm experiencing the same error on MBA M2 15".)

Same issue here with M2 Studio, no problem with M1 MacBook :-(

it seems that apple has solved the problem: I tried this morning on MacStudio M2Max and this time safari 17.3 was installed correctly. I noticed the download was bigger..

Also here: Safari 17.3 installed successfully yesterday.

Would it be fair say the multi methods of feedback played a small role in this
