How to change my Contact photo that appears on other peoples devices

I was attempting to change my Apple ID picture. Not realizing the new update; now everyone can see the picture I chose. Does anyone know how I can disable this "poster" picture from peoples phone? I want to remove it to the point where they can revert it back.

You can't force an update to your Contact information on other people's phones. You could update the picture, which will send a notification for an updated Contact picture.
