I think this iPhone case doesn’t dirt my phone. My volume keeps going up and down and when I try to make a screen shot I make an emergency call. I have to take it out of the case to use any of the buttons

Sounds like your case might not fit your phone. Are you sure it's the right case for the model? Is it from Apple?

Throw that piece of garbage away immediately! I bought it and dropped my phone one and shattered the back glass. You need a more sturdy case.
It is such a rip off for the price.
