Is StandBy mode available for iPad?

One thing I like about the new iPhone IOS is it displays a clock/world clock when in portrait mode in a charger which turns on/off based on movement. I don't know what this functionality is called but is it possible to do the same thing with an iPad? Thanks.

Sorry, the StandBy mode is only available on the iPhone, not the iPad.
