Two Different Apple IDs in two different Regions

I've had my Apple ID for years as I was living in the US and all my Apps and subscriptions are tied to the US App store. I've relocated to Singapore for quite a number of years, and now need to have an Apple ID tied to this region as there are several local apps that I need to download from this region, but since my Apple ID is tied to the US, I can't have access to it.

Can I have 2 different Apple IDs from 2 different regions?
