MIC is not working inaudible

Dear team, I am facing issue regarding microphone which is not working due call (using ZOOM or Google Meet), people other side can not hear me proprety. I have an IPAD PRO that works fine good audio perfect but my current Ipad 10th is completly low volume. Someone else with same problem?

Are you using a screen protector or case?

Many models of iPad have a pinhole microphone aperture adjacent to the front facing camera - this being located in the centre of the long-edge of the iPad10's screen bezel. Some screen protectors or cases can cover the pinhole microphone.
