My new Macbook is slow
Every time I open my computer, the reload and back buttons are grey, and I can’t click on anything until at least 20 seconds later. I’ve had it last for a minute. It beachballs, and when I click on different tabs or try to open a new one it takes around 5-10 seconds. My text lags sometimes. My computer is relatively new, it’s a new model, and I got it straight from Apple. I’ve had it since around the middle of August and while I do use it quite a bit, it is not frequently enough for there to be this much of a problem. I've tried out etrecheck and it said the major problem was a heavy CPU usage, and a runaway user problem. I've not a clue what any of that means or how to fix it, so if someone does, I would greatly appreciate it if you could explain it to me! Thank you!
