You have not been hacked. This scam has been around for years, everyone has received this. Just delete it
It is a scam message designed to get you to purchase unnecessary software or phish for personal information.

This is a scam. The Government of Great Britain has these scammers' number:
U.K. National Cyber Security Centre - Sextortion phishing scams: How to protect yourself
As with all blackmail and extortion, if you give in, you just encourage the blackmailer or extortionist to keep holding onto their leverage onto you, and using it to blackmail a never-ending stream of payments out of you.
Whether the leverage is real (as in some other types of blackmail), or phony (as in this scam).
Don't give the criminals that satisfaction! As the U.K. Government advises, Don't communicate with the criminal. Delete their perverted message, or report it to the authorities in your country, but don't reply to the senders at all.
