My old iPhone 8 Plus doesn’t turn on when it’s not charged. when it is plugged in, it doesn’t turn on normally and it just flashes the Apple Logo on the screen on and off again. I’ve tried everything, forced reset, letting it charge, unplugging it, nothing. It just keeps flashing the same apple logo every time when I charge it.
