Credit card is mixed up with my wifes credit card

My card is displayed in my wallet, however I can not use it. Always is asking to download the bank application for proof. If I do so my wifes bank application will make a failure and wont let her use the application. I have already contacted the local bank and they told me the is comming from the apple side and I should contact them. Ill have to mention that the phone was used by her before but she has switched to 15pro. And I was using 7S before, but there I had no issues. The funny thing is that the card number and name is mine but if I do activate it, her card becomes inactive and vice versa.

The only thing I would try its signing out of the app on both devices, deleting the card on both devices, then adding one in at a time. If that continues to happen, then one of two things. Either your using the same primary account number, or one of you is using a secondary card on the same account, opposed to two different cards accounts.

Also, make sure when you are signed into the app on both devices, that each of your information is set up for the correct person on that device.

If it were two completely separate accounts, this could never happen. It would be like me adding my account, and somehow randomly disabling yours. Our accounts are obviously not linked. The fact that your wife's card is being deactivated tells me your accounts are somehow linked. Your bank may have the card linked to the device, and your bank needs to remove that.

If a company doesn't know why their own app is not working, they always say it's the phone manufacturer's issue. This is not an issue with Apple. They need to figure out why their two accounts are linked. If they were not linked in some way, this would not happen. This would happen on any device with their apps, not just an Apple device, because of how the accounts are set up.

its pretty wired. When I activate my card by using the bank app, my wifes get an sms from the bank which sais that her bank app doesnt work anymore, and she should prove again the details of his card and personal info… if she does this Im getting a message from the bank with the same message. I called the local bank and they said on their end is everything fine… I have no idea whats going on. I just checked both phones two different icould/apple id/card numbers are shown…
