I have brought a brand new iphone15 and its been a month since using it
From today onwards i cant hear call unless on speaker !!
Pls suggest what to do

That sounds like a hardware issue with the earpiece speaker. Contact Apple and arrange for them to run diagnostics.

The settings are in Accessibility>Touch>Call Audio Routing. I believe you need to use Automatic
I got the same issue but right after update iOS a few days ago, also my peers got same issue, so I think it is a bug from last iOS update path
