Unable to find 'Voice & Data' to be able to enable Volte and 4G in iPhone

I need to enable VOLTE to be able to use the phone with 4/5G when 3G is turned off in a matter of weeks - but when going into Mobile Date Options - it is supposed to show 'Data Roaming, Voice & Data and Low Data Mode' - but mine is only showing 'Data Roaming and Low Data Mode as well as Limit IP Address Tracking'.

I need to find 'Voice & Data' to be able to enable Volte and 4G

Any idea how I can do this? (I understand it SHOULD be there!) grrr

This also applies to a refurbished iPhone 11 I purchased in June 2024. There is no option to select VoLTE in mobile data and the phone will be redundant once 3G is turned off. Both Apple Support and Boost (Telstra Australia) have said that it is a regional issue that affects some phones in Australia - it may be because of where/how the phone was sourced. The only fix is to replace the phone with one that is VoLTE compatible. I am currently taking up the issue with the seller as the phone will no longer be fit for the particular purpose intended.

Hi - wondering what Telstra told you? I have the same iphone SE. I called my provider 'Better Life' who are a prepaid Telstra service and they were unable to confirm what would happen 31 August.

For your interest, my iphone SE is made for the US Market (based on model no), which dropped 3g a while ago. Curious that it doesn't have VoLTE

If you have a US model iphone, Vodafone network will work

I complained to the ACCC and the seller offered me a 10% discount on another phone or trade the phone back to them. I did neither and traded the phone to apple and purchased a SE 3.

UPDATE - My US Market phone works fine in Australia on the Vodafone network (which has already dropped the 3g network and uses VoLTE for 4g). This is due to the bands they use for VoLTE. Telstra and Optus use Band 28 primarily which US phones do not use. I've changed to prepaid TPG (vodafone network) and all works fine. There's still no toggle, it just works with no change necessary on the device.
