My phone was locked by the scammer with their icloud and I can't contact them anymore. Now what do I have to do to get my phone turned on? Oh my god, I spent more than a month struggling with it. If you logged out or your Apple ID and enter someone else's Apple ID into your phone, you have locked your phone to them. You will now need to prove that the phone is actually yours by providing the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller to remove the Activation Lock. A third party receipt will not be accepted.

I have no idea if that is an Authorized Apple seller. If Apple does not accept that as a valid receipt, then I would guess it is not. There is no way to bypass the Activation Lock and if there was anybody would be able to unlock your phone if it is stolen. That is why you need the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller to prove the device is yours. That prevents a thief from simply making up a receipt.
Actually, I only have receipts like this, please take a look at the file I attached below. I sent it to Apple and they don't support me. Is there any way you can help me?
