icloud data isn't syncing after sequoia update

icloud data isn't syncing after sequoia update on iMac, restarted all Apple devices and let sit for 15/20mins after restart. Any ideas or anyone else having issues..?

I was able to resolved it by signing out of my apple account and re login

Apple should not sell any device until it is unable to resolve such fundamental concerns ! iCloud Drive not syncing on M2 MacBook Air Looking at the iCloud Drive in Finder on my MacBook running Ventura 13.4.1, it indicates that iCloud is not syncing. I am logged into to iCloud and have it turned on.

iCloud Drive won't sync with MacOS I am running MacBook Pro 2016 on macOS Monterrey. Quite often I find iCloud Drive won't sync on my Mac. I can put whatever files in there and I get the progress circle stuck I have restarted my Mac several times without luck. At some point, God knows when, it works. My best guess, it takes several hours to upload 162 kb. Doing the same on the iPhone works fine, so it is a desktop issue. Apple Support suggested I reinstall the system. Before doing such thing, anyone has the same problem or workaround? I wish Apple cloud release a tool to force iCloud to sync.

I am also facing the same problem in my macbook pro after sequoia install cloud data sync has stopped and it is not accepting my mac password and just keeps

asking for it ..very frustrating

Having the exact same issue on my M1 MBA with Sequoia 15.0.1. Started last night, won't take my password and keeps asking for it.

I think it's just a bug, because all my data is syncing across devices (Notes, passwords, contacts, Drive, etc.). Signing out of iCloud is so inconvenient though.

Nope. Nothing works except offline storage, which, unless I’m mistaken, is the whole point of iCloud—to have everything available any time, from any device.
