iPhone 16 Pro Max shipment delayed

I am upgrading from an iPhone 12 Pro to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. So, I ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB White Titanium on September 25th and it’s been showing that my order is “Processing” since the 25th of September. My estimated delivery date shows October 18 through October 25th, so I probably won’t be getting it until about a month or so later. Also, they do not bill you until your order has been shipped. This is why they say to go into the store if you want it in your hands the same day, it definitely takes a lot of patience.

I have ordered my Iphone 16 pro max on sep 20,2024. They show it a delivery range of Oct 9 - 17. But i have a flight to japan on oct 12. I have a plan to reside for 6 months . Is there any possibility to get my iphone before 12th October

No one here can answer this. The delivery time frame is usually quite accurate. It may arrive anytime within the delivery window Apple told you and there is no way to speed it up.

Hyperbole is rarely useful in situations like this. It will be in processing until processing is finished.

Keep in mind that if you're in the U.S., timelines may have been affected by the longshoremen's strike (which has ended).

I ordered Sept 15 with an estimated delivery of 10/08-10/15. I still haven't been charged as of yet so I ended up canceling my order because the device I wanted became available at my local store. I canceled, re ordered and chose in store pick up.

Not blaming anyone -- I just saw everyone talking about UPS flopping so I got scared! LOL

I ordered mine the same day and it said that it would be delivered by October 7 through October 14 and today is October 5 and it’s still says processing and it hasn’t even charged my card… Hopefully, we all get our soon

Now that they've gotten the battery exploding issues under control, Samsung makes good phones. Lots of bloatware as they will allow carriers to add things. But the screens are nice.

Same. I ordered it on the day it came out and I still haven’t seen any kind of movement. My wife ordered a pro, 512GB, and got it within a week. Not sure what is going on, but if it doesnt move anywhere by the 16tg I may just cancel my order and keep my 14 Pro Max.

2 iPhone 16 Pro Max Suppose to arrive September 25, 2024

Both Scanned the same time in West Yarmouth one made it to the truck one didn’t.

Contacted UPS - West Yarmouth Terminal NO IDEA where it is, advised to contact Apple.

Apple said a replacement will be an expedited order and should receive it by October 13th the latest, order still shows PROCESSING !!! I'm guessing they don't know the meaning of REPLACEMENT - EXPEDITED ORDER - EXPRESS DELIVERY.. bunch of apologizing & EXCUSES.. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THE PHONES ARE PAID FOR.

Honestly I think it's a hoax, what a coincidence that the equipment is lost and at least in my case it was returned by UPS to the dock back to Apple. Other day through UPS web page says article is secure waiting for government release. A replacement was requested on 10/07 and is still under Applés consideration. Posible date of shipment is by November. They should be honest with customers.

I ordered my iPhone 16 Pro Max Desert Titanium September 13, first thing as I got up. Together with the iPhone 16 Pro Desert Titanium and the iPhone 16 Black, the latter two came in within a week. Then I ordered the AppleWatch 10 for my husband and it came in a few days ago, days within ordering. Yet my iPhone 16 Pro Max has been sitting at "from" status "label created" in Fort Worth, Texas. It is October 13 today! Nothing yet. I did all this work of ordering new devices and prepping and sending back old devices for credit for my family, and I don't have mine yet. What's up Apple?

I ordered iPhone 16 pro max on September 14.

Fed x delivered the phone to my home September 30, 2 weeks EARLIER than the expected delivery date of October 11.

Why my experience was so vastly different from most is a mystery. It’s as if Apple has absolutely no control whatsoever over the process at all. Makes no sense at all.

I am in the same boat AT&T lied said it was shipping on Friday by two different reps. Never did now they said should be by month end. That moved back a week already. AT&T blames Apple and Apple blames AT&T. Simple fix is to actually communicate the truth and wait time for these phones. That would interfere with your marketing hype.

The part is my 13 pro is terrible shape broken port has been for two years and my battery is 77%. Finally was able to upgrade and order but didn’t expect to get a phone that will be dated six weeks.

At this point I wish I would have converted our family to Samsung Phones. This is a **** poor job by Apple and loyalists like me will remember.

I must've gotten lucky then. Preordered mine Sept 16th, waited...waited... on processing, then Oct 9th came, my bank was charged and on the 10th I received an email saying I would receive my package on the 11th (which I did). UPS was the carrier. I heard Fedex wasn't asking for signatures though and UPS actually asked me for a signature.

The status will remain in processing until just before they are ready to ship it. You'll then see Preparing to Ship, followed pretty quickly by Shipped and you'll get an email with tracking information. Your order is in the right stage at this point.
