I ordered my iphone 16 pro max at 5AM PDT on september 13, initially it was supposed to arrive today, friday september 20. On "my orders", it still says that it´s friday september 20, but when I track it in UPS it says it will arrive on monday. Is there any way I can know for sure when it will arrive? Also, the package is currently 5 hours away from my location.

You are NOT speaking with anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum. As such we don't know what's up with your order or for that matter anything about your order.
You need to contact Apple directly for help. Since you are in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE and make sure you know your order number.

October 2 its moved from ordered to preparing.
Oct 22, money debited from my account and it moved to preparing for shipping
My delivery window is Oct 25 to Nov1, Today its oct 25, but till now i am not received tracking message.

A "delivery window" means you may get it as early as October 25th but you may also get it on the 26th, the 27th, the 28th, the 29th, the 30th or November 1st.
See this happen to me today but they delivered my moms meals and then I was talking to someone they said he would be here 45 minutes waited and he lied his butt off now I have to wait till Monday and I am waiting outside till he comes. But I had to cancel my meeting plans for me to sign to get my phone
i just wanted to know how long of a wait it is when preorder on sep 27 at 11:11am from bell mobile from canada for a iphone 16 pro max 1TB cuz i been waiting on a email and call from bell and stilled havent heard nothing from bell and its wanted to know why my pre order is taking this long cuz its now 11/5/24 how much longer do i need to wait on my order cuz my iphone 14 pro max when it first came out never token this long

You realize this is not Bell Customer Support and no one here on this Apple hosted forum is associated with Bell.

I forgot to add that the package is 5 hours away from the delivery location, so I think it´s exaggerated for UPS to need 3 days to deliver a package that´s 5 hours away.

Delay in iphone 16 pro max , said delivery today, now Monday Maybe Tuesday frustrating when you have to be home to sign for it . Took day off work today for delivery. 🥶
Mine was out for delivery today and just switched to “your package is pending release from a government agency. Once released we will update your delivery.” Wtf….
