Updated iPhone 11 to latest IOS update 18 and Face ID not working.
turned off and on tried to reset face id but it won’t let me do a new id.
video and camera is working so don’t think it’s a camera issue

ive tried everything and it doesnt even want to re do the set up. its so weird because it just randomly stopped working and prompted me for my passcode everytime. never had the issue ever. only about 2 days since ios18 update

Face Id would only work infrequently after installing iOS 18.1 for me. It seems to have been fixed on my phone by turning off “Require Attention for Face ID”.
Please how did you resolve this? Because I’m experiencing same rn
I’m not sure what they will try to push me coz my phone 16 pro max and have issue after updating to iOS 18
Still can’t setup Face ID. Message: setup later. I did all the above and tried turning phone off and on 3 times.
