Issues uploading HEIF pics to Shutterfly app

I keep getting an error message. Have not been able to upload pictures I’ve taken with my phone to Shutterfly app. I am able to upload photos taken from other iPhones. File type and size are the same. HEIF files. I have not made any changes to my camera settings either. Shutterfly suggested I convert the pictures to JPEG but I was able to upload HEIF before iOS 18 so I don’t see why I must convert to jpeg when it worked before. Anyone else have the same issue? Shutterfly app is my back up for all my pictures. 😏

So it it definitely a Shutterfly App issue. They have to update their app to keep up with Apple. I went to the actual website and started uploading and my pictures uploaded just fine. Guess I will have to do this until Shutterfly fixes the issue.

This may be a problem with uploading large files, which would jive with the screenshot results. When I tried an upload to Google Images, I got an error message that said the file must be smaller than 20MB. I think the error message came from Google, but it's hard to tell where the restrictions come from.

If you can, try uploading smaller images, and see if that's it.
