I cannot restart my Mac ( with the latest version ) it keeps saying you must enter a valid user name & im 100% inputing the valid username and password, I tried changing my admin name and it accepted the change without an issue, I tried to restart with the new name and it’s still showing me to inter a valid user name

You probably changed the user name improperly. There are multiple required steps to change a macOS user name as outlined in the following Apple article:

If you don't have access to another working admin user account in order to fix things by using that linked article as a guide, then you will need to perform a clean install of macOS by first erasing the disk followed by reinstalling macOS & restoring from a backup.
