Complaint Regarding Rusted Screws on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which I purchased approximately 10 months ago. Recently, I noticed that the screws on my device have started to rust, which is unexpected for a premium product like this.

Upon contacting your customer service team, I was informed that this issue is not covered under the warranty, which I find quite disappointing. Given that iPhones are designed to be durable and resistant to environmental factors, the presence of rust on the screws within such a short period raises concerns about the material quality and durability of the device.

Apple should see this from YOUR perspective...

Screenshare your iPhone:

While on the phone, show the Apple Rep what you are seeing. You would enable the Camera app on your iPhone, and hover your iPhone over your Mac, while the speakerphone is on. Explain to them what you see. This will allow the Apple Rep to see this from your perspective.

How to Screenshare your iPhone:

  1. Enable: the Camera App
  2. Request: a Screenshare Prompt
  3. Enable: the Speakerphone
  4. Hover: your iPhone's camera over the Mac
  5. Ask the Apple Rep what they think the issue is
