It sounds like your iPhone is stuck in a boot loop or recovery mode. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you resolve this issue:
1. Force Restart Your iPhone:
Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
2. Enter Recovery Mode:
- Connect your iPhone to your PC using a Lightning cable.
- Put your iPhone into recovery mode:
- Follow the same steps as listed in step 1 above for a force restart, but keep holding the buttons until the Recovery Mode screen appears (a cable pointing to a computer or iTunes logo).
3. Restore or Update via iTunes/Finder:
- On your PC, open iTunes (or Finder on macOS Catalina and later).
- Select your iPhone when it appears.
- Choose Update to reinstall iOS without erasing your data. If this doesn’t work, select Restore (this will erase your data, so ensure you have a backup).
4. Check for Hardware Issues:
- If the issue persists, it might be hardware-related. Visit an Apple Store or authorized service provider for assistance.
