Я сменила icloud и паролы на своем старом телефоне. но я все забыла. и телефон заблокирован и недоступен. У меня есть коробка телефона (данные). Можете помочь? заранее спасибо!

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled or unavailable -

If you see a iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support
