How do I fix random glitches on my MacBook Pro M3?

"How do I fix random glitches on my MacBook Pro M3?: My M3 Pro 36gb Macbook Pro randomly glitches on various apps. It becomes unresponsive to simple tasks like trying to close a tab, window, or widget, and sometimes the lefthand menu on apps to minimize or close your screen completely disappears, making 'force quit' the only way to close a window. Went to the Apple Store a month ago and they did a reset of something - I think the firmware - but the issue still persists. Any advice? Really frustrated."

Closing a Window or App:

• Use [command + W] to Close the window
• Use [command + Q] to Quit the app
• Swipe up with three fingers on the trackpad, and then close the Desktop window. Open a new desktop using the "+" on the far-right edge of top the screen
