2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Can you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging, and let us know what the percent says?

You’re welcome. I took a look for you and there are 3 Authorized Service Providers in Bangladesh. Here’s a tip, make sure to call in advance and make sure they have the battery part before you drop your iPhone off, otherwise it will be sitting in the shop for a few days. If you wait until they have the part, you can wait a few hours for it to be done.
