Pausing a workout often results in accidentally stopping workout. Any tips on seamless pause for break or water?

In workout settings either on your phone or your watch, there is a setting to enable pressing the digital crown and the side button at the same time to pause/unpause.
On iPhone in the Watch app it is Settings > Workout > Press to Pause
