iPhone 11 Pro is stuck in an update loop, swiping up.

Hello, I have the following problem: swipe up on the screen to restore, then asks for a password, when you enter the password, the apple logo appears, it says that there is an attempt to restore and after a while it comes out again swipe up to restore. I attach screenshots, I have very important information on my phone, I really ask you to help me with the recovery.

Due to a lack of storage space, I deleted one app and then decided to restart the phone. After that, it stopped turning on — the Apple logo appears, then the screen goes black, and the logo appears again. The battery is charged.

I tried updating through iTunes on my laptop — the software update completed on the laptop, but no progress bar appeared on the phone.

Yesterday, a technician tried to restore the phone using 3uTools and ReiBOOT. In ReiBOOT, they selected the Standard Repair option (keeping data), and I paid for the firmware (iOS 26, about 9 GB). After that, a loading bar appeared under the Apple logo on the phone, and it completed fully. Then the screen said “Swipe up”. I entered my passcode, and the phone started “Restoring data”, which took about 30 minutes.

When it finished, the “Swipe up” screen appeared again. After entering the passcode, the phone shows a white screen with a black Apple logo and a loading bar for 2 seconds, then the screen turns black, the logo reappears, and after about 30 seconds, it goes back to “Swipe up” again. This repeats endlessly. Restarting doesn’t help.

I think the problem might be caused by insufficient storage space or an error during the iOS installation.

B. Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:

Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, the maximum internal storage capacity never increases, even if you upgraded your iCloud plan. Learn More here: What's the Difference Between Device Storage and iCloud Storage? Apple Support
