Did you see solution for Windows 7 and similarly Windows XP from JerryFromKrakow at: iTunes for windows - App Store's blank page - final solution

1. Fixed the itunes blank store window.

2. Also fixed the backup/sync problem.

3. Even solved the AppleMobileDeviceService.exe high cpu problem.

Please reply after trying Jerry's Windows 7 fix.

Japiohelp,

This fixed my problem! Thanks.

I was getting the blank ITunes Store page, even after installingITunes v10.5. Running the netsh winsock reset command fixed my issue.

I was also having an issue where any backup of my IPhone would start and hang. After running the command, its working great again. I was able to install iOS5.

Again, Thanks for the great help. Glad I found this post.

The netsh winsock reset solution didn't work. I'm on versions 10.5 of iTunes. Yes, I did restart. I did it all over again just to see if it would work & again restarted with no fix on the store.

I first hit this issue when I downloaded 10.4 only less then 2 weeks ago. I didn't do much with it other then to get frustrated by it. I was hoping 10.5 had been fixed so was glad to do the download. Nope, it wasn't. Still frustrated but a friend pointed me to these threads and had some hope. Tried to stay at 10.5 & get it to work as I have an iPhone on order (get it around the 24th). Maybe there will be a fix before then.

Got It Working!!!

I tried all the windsock reset ideas on various threads here but none worked. I finally uninstalled Spyware Doctor and now iTunes store is coming up. I still have Norton running. I've always used both as from experience Norton doesn't catch everything that it should. Anyway, if the windsock resets don't work try uninstalling like I did. Just don't leave yourself wide open.

just downloaded 10.5. It gives me a blank screen for the itunes store. No error message. Internet connection fine. Have checked firewall. Any ideas?
